Joe Biden stood in front of Congress and in an hour reshaped the 2024 Presidential Race. In a masterful speech full of specifics and evidence he ripped through the Republican Majority like a smiling buzz saw through butter. He humiliated them. He made them look small. Biden came to Congress to kick ass and chew bubblegum...and he was all out of bubblegum...
